An Employment Advisor is a dynamic and rewarding position that allows you to work closely with clients, employers and community organisations in order to secure long term employment opportunities for clients. On-line administration is a component of this position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
§ Maintenance of client files
§ Working with community organisations to address clients barriers to employment
§ Liaising with Employers to secure employment and training opportunities for clients
§ Assessing and Career Managing long term unemployed and highly disadvantaged clients
§ Actively work with clients in order to progress their career development

The Human Resource Department is seeking a highly experienced Administration Officer to join their team. The HR Administration Officer will carry-out the administration component of this department, including but not limited to:
§ Providing exceptional service to all staff members of the company
§ Distributing documentation to staff within designated timeframes
§ Completing all Administration tasks as directed
§ Assisting with company recruitment
§ Coordinating orders and distribution of uniforms
§ Maintaining accurate HR records, data entry, filing and archiving
